How we work.
01 - Qualification
You’ll have a brief conversation with a Business Developer to help us get a feel for your business and general IT needs. We typically work with clients that have 10 or more employees and a minimum of $1K/mo to invest in IT & cybersecurity. If you fit into this category, we’ll provide you with a short survey and schedule an in-depth consultation.
02 - Consultation
A comprehensive in-person or virtual conversation with our CTO and Sales Engineering Team to understand your IT pain points and evaluate how Vine can best serve your team and help you achieve your business goals.
03 - Proposal
We’ll present you with a proposal covering all of the services discussed during your consultation. Once you approve, we schedule your onboarding for the nearest possible date.
04 - Onboarding
Welcome to the Vine family! The primary onboarding process is typically completed in a single day. This includes setting up your auto-billing and integrating your network with Vine’s monitoring and cybersecurity infrastructure. We’ll continue learning your systems over the next several weeks, but this all happens behind the scenes and never impacts your team’s ability to function smoothly.
